'The host was quick to answer emails. All of the amenities were excellent for a restful weekend. The coffee,teas, and hot chocolate were super for extra cold but restful weekend. '

'Broken glass and straw in dishwasher, dust on furniture, bathroom shelves and showers not cleaned, rubber bands, cigarette butts and lots of dirt all over balcony, food stuck to utensils. Thermostat kept defaulting to 78 degrees at 8:0am and 4:30pm and took along time for the air temp to go down to 70 degrees and there was no manual on how to operate the program of the thermostat. Also, no hand towels in kitchen or any cleaning spray or wipes to sanitize cooking surfaces. Elevator broke down...

'Perfect for our stay'

'We really enjoyed our stay at the comfort zone. The location was amazing, right on the beach. There is a huge wraparound deck that allowed our dog to outside but kept him contained. My favorite part was the guest house that is connected to the main space by the deck. The kids slept in there, had their own bathroom and TV, so they could play Xbox all day like normal. There’s a loft with a bed and also a sleep sofa in there. We will definitely be staying here again!'
