'Great Cott'

'Very nice rental space with all the amenities. Easy access to 405 and close to many restaurants, stores, shops, grocery stores and Lake Washington. Host was communicative and provided great direction. We stayed for almost a week and it was very comfortable and had lots of space. Would stay here again.'

'My room was basic but tidy with no extra decorations. The air conditioning kept things comfortable throughout my visit.'

'The unit is conveniently located to both Redmond and Kirkland. There are shops, restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The area has plenty of walking trails. The unit is spacious and comfortable but slightly dated. The host was gracious and helpful. Something to consider is the steep steps (17) up to the unit, and both bedrooms are upstairs (another 15 steps). Parking is included but tight.'

'Beautiful home in a great location'

'The host communicated excellently, and the property was very clean with comfortable beds. Great amenities like coffee and shampoo/soap were provided, and the location was excellent. The only minor drawback was that the couch was quite small and not very comfortable, which would be an easy improvement and would make the property nearly perfect. Overall, everything else was great.'

'Host was kind and accommodating, with that said it’s under the hosts house so it’s noisy and the noise lasted until around 11:30…. Nothing crazy just some dogs and doors slamming , I think they were grilling out. I have no problem with the activity except started at 9:30Pm and went on until nearly midnight. I have two kids with me so it was not ideal in my situation. House was set up great, yard was fabulous, parking was lovely, hot tub I did not swim in although I brought my own chemicals it...
