"Very small, not good cleaning service, bathroom ventilator very old, molded all black, no any clue how to come to that accommodation from Shibuya station. No automatic cleaning the linnen, just NOT. We stayed there 6 days, 5 nights? COME ON??? THIS WAS NOT IN YOUR DESCRIPTION BEFORE THE RESERVATION. We got that information when we had the roomkeys in our hands? i was in shock, because I paid so much?! The room they say it is for 2 people, but we couldn’t fit together. It was a stressy stay this time in Tokyo. I came couple times and so far not the best accommodation according to their description In addition"

"In de uitgaansbuurt , veel lawaai, vuilzakken bleven dagenlang liggen op straat , hotel zelf wel proper , vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel , heel dicht bij Shinjuku station dus goede verbinding "

"Dormy Inn Shibuya was an excellent stay for our purposes. Close to Shibuya and Harajuku stations for connections, shopping and eating options. While some staff lacked knowledge of English, they were always extremely helpful. The hotel itself was in fine form, too. Rooms a bit small, but that's Japan for you. And facilities and cleaning services were great. Lovely onsen bathing facilities. Recommended!"
