'From booking to checkout, our hosts provided excellent communication, were responsive, helpful, and committed to making our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.Inside, the open and spacious living area was welcoming and very comfortable! It provided a wonderful space to gather together to unwind after a busy day. It was also very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The location is...

'Great condo! Great location. Friendly communication. '

'Nicely appointed apartment within walking distance of downtown and driving distance to outdoor activities.'

'The location and accommodations were perfect for us, and we had a wonderful stay. We were very convenient to the Red Rocks Amphitheater, which was a highlight of our trip, and also to local hiking trails and other attractions. The studio was very nicely appointed, well-stocked with essentials, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed morning coffee and evening happy hours on the front deck, as well as walks around the property. We look forward to future trips to the area, and...

'Exactly What You Need with No FrillsNeeded a weekend getaway for two and this place fit the bill perfectly. Needed both the bed and also the fold out couch, which was surprisingly easy to operate and very comfortable. But it’s honestly the little things that make this place so great. Host communication was top-notch throughout the experience. Kitchen was already stocked with coffee, bathroom was already stocked with soap and shampoo. We got instructions and “things to do.” Also, they buried...

'Close to downtown & Colorado School of Mines. Breakfast place directly across the street, great value and great property'

'Loved chilling by the pool!'

'Great location! Perfect size for 2 people, very clean and loved having the balcony access.'

'we didn't stay'

'As a part of a long road trip across the country and back, this little place was so comfortable and welcoming! Clay is a great host. We liked so many things about the house, but I will begin with the location. There are several parks within walking distance. Old Town Arvada is a 25 minute walk and has so many charming shops and eateries. We went downtown to visit the capitol building too. The security guard told us about a tour beginning in just a few minutes. It was so informative and we really...

'Awesome place: great furnishings, well stocked, excellent location! Very private. Peaceful!Hoping to stay there again!'

'We had a great time walking distance to everything was amazing- love from Texas'

'Our host was great at communicating and responded very quickly to any questions that we had. We booked our stay when Colorado was going through an intense heat wave, and the AC unit wasn't the most efficient, so we had to buy a fan from a Walmart to use and then return at the end of our stay. I would stay here again, because of the great host, reasonable price, and the location. If you want to see a concert at the Ball Arena or Redrocks, it is very close to the both of them. This place is also...

'The Brewmaster's House worked well for our party - 2 couples & 2 singles. The place was clean & the kitchen rather dated, but satisfactorily equipped for the minimal food prep we did. The host thoughtfully included video instructions for the downstairs shower, whose operation was simple but not evident. We wished for more bath towels, as 1/person is sub-standard. We appreciated the convenience of the washer/dryer & iron/ironing board, which we all used. Some unbeatable advantages of the location...
