All-inclusive hotels in Ko Yao Yai

'Het was opzich ok. Maar voor een pas geopende resort denk net 1 a 2 jaar oud. Afwerking heel slecht lijkt heel snel gedaan te zijn. Verder luxe en kwaliteit genoeg. Indruk dat het slechte management door de westerlinge is dan door het Thais personeel die waren top!! Vriendelijk en niks op aan te merken '

'It's actually a nice new property, but we had a lot of problems with our stay. Our closet and bath door was hard to slide, fell of the tracks once, and was a terrible design, such that I couldn't access the closet without blocking my wife from the bathroom, or vice versa. Our power went out. The wine glasses at our mini bar were noticeably dirty and stained. Construction outside our entrance blocked our path. We ran out of tissues twice, as the supply was not restocked on cleaning. The...

'Supert sted med høy standard. Vi leide en Villa med eget basseng og det var nydelig. Rommet var helt stort, fantastisk og prangende. Våkne med elektrisk fra trekk av gardiner med utsikt og sjø og basseng. Magisk. '

'The hotel facilities at the pool are really dirty. Also, the pick-up didn’t work well. We had to wait long several times to get from our hotel room to the lobby (40 min waiting). Last but not least, they forgot putting in towels several times in our room so after our shower we realized we couldn’t dry ourselves… this is one of the many mistakes we encountered during our trip. For a 5 star hotel, we expect more. Nevertheless the environment is beautiful, it has the capacities to fullfill a 5 star...
