'It wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t great. Overpriced for the area and overall building condition. Elevators out of order. Surroundings area has a lot of shrubbery resulting in an onslaught of mosquitos. No pool. No common areas to relax. No Security. There is absolutely nothing on the surrounding area other than a 7-11. Getting a taxi can be a daunting task. 20 minutes outside of the city. Not recommended for the price.'

'Toilet in the room kept getting blocked - it was gross . The staff were lovely but ultimately couldn’t fix the issue . The buffet breakfast is terrible - boiled eggs weren’t even cooked properly, the sunny side eggs tasted like rubber and the scrambled eggs were runny . Fruits seemed like they had been sitting for a few days. Location wise it’s convenient and had a 7-11 within walking distance along with a laundromat as well .The bathrooms need a Reno .'

'Excellent customer service. Room is always very clean and fully stocked with all the amenities. Access to the washer helps keep the laundry fresh and clean. Location next to Bangkok Hospital with complimentary shuttle service is wonderful! Overall, It’s a 10+ for Amp Am House!'
