'Restaurants and location were great. Had to wait in a long line when my keycards were not working. Extended checkout time was not possible despite being a Hilton Gold member. Room was cleaned only once in three nights.'

'In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean). 'The hotel is in a perfect location on the public beach. We loved spending time on the sandy beach. There are countless things to do in the area. I wish beach chairs and an umbrella would have been included at no charge. We enjoyed the pool area right next to the beach.'

'At check-in, our first room had visible mold. We immediately reported it. We were told there were no other rooms available and were asked to leave. We were also told that there was no manager onsite and the manager would not be available until Monday. About two hours later, another staff member arrived and was able to change our room. Unfortunately, the second room had blood stains on the bedsheets. We were then moved to a third room, which also has visible mold.'

'We had three issues with our stay: The Outrigger is adding a Dukes restaurant -so there was lots of construction noise and debris. Would have been nice if this was disclosed. The Outrigger’s real name is the Outrigger Resort and Spa - but there was no Spa. Just a hotel room that was converted to a Spa. That is not that the same as a real Spa. Would have been nice is this was disclosed. The air conditioner stopped working on two of our four nights - so it was uncomfortably warm those nights. ...

'Beautiful stay, with 5 minute walk to snorkel and surf beach! Spacious room with beautiful shared spaces and the laundry option was nice to have. A little off the beaten path too which was perfect for my husband and I. 10/10 recommend.'
