not as per photo, Rm 100 with dusty, look old , soap in the half cut plastic bottle!, no tooth brush, no breakfast, no kettle ,tv remote malfunction, aircond not cool, water not hot …. it should be half price.

숙소 근처에 편의점, 음식점 있어서 좋아요. 근데 엘리베이터가 없고, 방에선 곰팡이 냄새... 욕실 커튼에 곰팡이 엄청 많아요ㅠㅠ하... 아무리 공항가기 직전에 이용하는거지만, 너무했어요ㅜ다신 못갈 것 같아요;

The service of the staff was fantastic and they were very friendly and helpful. However, shower caps, slippers, toothbrush and paste were not provided. No fridge. A mirror and a dustbin are found in the bathroom and not found in the bedroom. No lift. There are 3 levels - ground, first floor and second floor. The hotel offers free transport to the airport.

The hotel used to be very nice, but NOT ANY MORE
Airport transfer was not provided, instead I was told to use Grab to the hotel, and airport transport for late night and early morning costs so expensive that it's not worth staying this hotel. Wifi also not usable, which betrays the ad on Hotel.com. Hotel's facilities are outdated overall, not at all comfortable. I used to like this hotel and have been a loyal customer for more than 6 years, but since the hotel management changed a few years ago, their service started deteriorate. I don't think I no longer stick to this hotel. The hotel has lost one loyal customer.

It was OK for its price
Its what you would expect from a budget hotel however it has a lot of rooms for improvements especially the toilet. The hotel was close to the beach and the airport.

저렴한 호텔에 대해서 가능하면 후하게 평을 하는편이며 철저히 가격을 고려하여 후기를 남기는데..
여긴 좀 많이 안 좋은 평을 해야 할 거 같음.
에어콘은 덜덜 거리며 이상한 기름 냄새가 나고 아침까지 고장나지 않길 기도하며 밤을 보냄...청결은 뭐 침대 시트만 양호하고 나머지는 정말 오래된 관리안된 상태..와이파이는 거의 사용이 불가능할 정도였으며 방문 열쇠가 낡아 들어올때 참 어렵게 열고 다님. 방은 엄청 좁으며 창문 잠금장치는 고장.
공항에서 가까워서 새벽에 잠깐 자려고 예약했지만 코타키나발루 택시비가 워낙 저렴한 걸 몰라서 잘못 판단함. 딱 하나 맘에 드는건 카운터에 있는 귀여움 매니저분 뿐.. 말레이시나는 정말 저랑 안 맞는듯 함. 올때마다 안좋은 추억만 쌓임.

I booked a twin sharing bedroom but upon arrival, all the rooms are full and had to do with a family room. 1 double,4 single...there are 2 airconditioners..but only 1 functioning. The place is not child friendly..a toddler could easliy fell down the stairs.
I also booked for an early breakfast and was informed tht it will be serve at 7 30am..we went to the waiting room at 8.25..and was told tht breakfast was not ready as they are waiting for the bakery to open for business..which happens to be just across the streer.

공항에서 가깝고 쌉니다
가격이 싸서 그런지 칫솔이나 치약 샴푸 린스 바디워시는 제공되지 않더라고요. 그 점 빼고는 대체로 괜찮았습니다. 아, 따뜻한 물도 안나왔네요 미지근한 물 정도?
비행기 이착륙 소리는 저는 괜찮았는데 예민한 친구는 소리때문에 잠을 잘 못잤다고 합니다. 이용에 참고하세요.

We needed a place to stay on our way to Sandakan since we landed at 12:30 am. Their shuttle picked us up and brought us back and forth to the hotel. Rooms were small but clean. Mattresses were hard. Wifi didn't work in one room. For the price and shuttle service it provided.

Good for a short stay
We arrived early for check-in and the hotel staff were kind enough to allow us to check-in early. Upon entering the room, we noticed a sharp, acrid smell that diminished once we turned on the air-conditioning. We were extremely disappointed to discover the room was a far cry from what we say online; it was definitely dimmer, smaller, and not as clean as we would've liked. The shower heads (rain shower and portable) weren't functioning very well and leaked at a couple of spots. The toilet door couldn't close completely (the toilet is frosted glass as well) so it was quite awkward for my travelling companion and I. There was also mould growing on the shower curtains. We also had to wait until the second day before getting a hair dryer as the hair dryers were fully utilised. Since our flight was in the evening, the hotel staff graciously allowed us to check-out late and there was free airport transfer as well. Overall OK for a short stay but wouldn't recommend for longer durations.

For 1 or 2 nights it will be ok.
The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. So we was very happy.
After we walked the steps to the 2nd floor and we open the door to our room, the happiness was gone.
The room smelled very bad (Käsefüsse), but it was 3am in the morning and we only like to sleep. Even we only walked with shoes on the carpet.
The breakfast with coffee, 2 slices of toast with butter and jam was included.
Around the hotel are many small and cheap shops for buying Sim-card 18RM (at airport 38RM), hardware or drinks and food.

the staffr is friendly and we check in around 12am
staff friends, clean but we onlystay there half a dah, and they provided transport to the airport, which at first we did not know about it until later when the staff inform us. Good service.

Great hotel in Tanjung Aru
I stayed here for one week in July. The hotel staff were great and did their best to make my stay a good one. There was a small coffee shop where you could get breakfast. They also do great coffee and cakes for an afternoon treat.
The hotel is about a twenty minute walk from Tanjung Aru Beach with its wonderful sunsets and there are some great restaurants within easy reach. There is also a supermarket very near so you can stock up on essentials and snacks. You need to be aware of the proximity of the hotel to the airport as it is near the flight path. It did not worry me too much, however, some guests may find this annoying. If you are in Tanjung Aru you are going to hear the aircraft noise
Would I stay in this hotel again? Certainly.
