Goedkoop hotel moet je niet veel verwachten. Het is een schoon hotel, maar je hoort andere kamer goed. Personelen zijn wel behulpzaam. De ligging is perfect. Loopafstand van chinatown en avondmarkt. 5 min lopen ben je bij de metro.

The room is damp and smells musty. Because of that, I don't think I would stay there again. But the security staff are very nice. Front desk staff are so so. Price is good. Location is great. It's very close to the Masjid Jamek station, Merdeka Square, Central Market and Chinatown.

The lobby promised much more than the room delivered but for a one-night stay, it was fine. The mattress was old/bad and the AC was barelly cooling, otherwise the room was functionally equipped, incl. fridge and iron & ironing board. Very good breakfast. good value for the money but for a feeling of an upscale stay, go elsewhere. Good location, walkable to Central Market, TL tower, Chinatown.

The location is good. I booked the room without external window, the room was dark and damp, the pillows are horribly flat, dirty air-conditioning. The door lock failed to detect needed frequent reset. I have a change of room to the executive suite, the situation in the room is better and cleaner. However there is still problem with opening the door .. overall stay was not great.

Air conditioning not working; it was so bad that the hallway was cooler than the room. To their credit, an engineer came to my assistance fairly quickly after I made a complain, but the room was still significantly warmer than many other places I’ve stayed in Malaysia/overseas. There were ants and sandflies in the room. Enough said. Property advertised as parking included - yeah right, it’s a third party parking and there’s no discount/subsidised rate, I had to pay the parking fee in full, thanks for that :) Water pressure in the bathroom was weak. I should’ve just paid a bit more at Sheraton

Personal was extremely nonchalant and mean, one guy in particular, a real bully who thinks he is better than everyone else. Room was fine though but you can definitely get petter at that price.

部屋で一部濡れているところがあったり、バスマットがなかったりで最初は不便を感じた。バスマットは、お願いしたらもってきてくれたし、二日目は掃除が行き届いており快適だった。 駅が近くて観光しやすかった。 ドアのところのネパール人が親切でフレンドリーでよかった。

No shower gel, showering was almost impossible as water was just mere trickle. Breakfast selection was bad and as we arrived into breakfast area at 8am, there was almost nothing left to eat at buffet breakfast area except for coffee and pastry
