'The staff here could not be more helpful! They were able to communicate comfortably in English. The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT! The location was ideal! The room was comfortable, spacious an d well designed. Plenty of amenities'

'Krap bed, mini kamer. '

'Exceptional place to stay in Beppu and wonderful service throughout our stay. Victor was especially helpful during the check in and check out process'

'They included parking, and the room is big and clean. They also had free ice cubes and a lovely onsen that face to the seaview. The only thing is that there was a dead cockroach at my room entrance'

'Hotel was centrally located near the Kanawa Bus Station/Hells Pools/food steam restaurant. 10min walk from the bus station. The hotel was clean & has an onsen! Tatami rooms w/a kitchen, tiny bathroom (ship size). It is an older hotel, but it was perfect for us. The young man running the hotel was so nice and pleasant. We had a slight translation issue but used our google translate. Perfect area and close to the main sights. 20 min to JR Beppu station by bus from the Kanawa Bus Station. We...

'The bed was too hard like a rock.'
