'I have stayed at many hotels, but this stay truly stood out, thanks to the excellent management led by the General Manager, Mr. Orhun, who personally cares about the guests and responds quickly to any needs, as well as the entire team, who are friendly, positive, and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel, making it rare to experience such consistent service across all departments, and my sincere compliments to the General Manager and the entire team for...

'One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Taj Exotica at The Palm was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We stayed here with our baby and everything was so comfortable, easy and family-friendly. The entire team made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. I honestly don’t want to mention just one staff member, because everyone did such an amazing job. The service, hospitality and attention to detail were truly outstanding. A beautiful hotel, a wonderful...

'We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. There is a huge variety of food, so there is something for everyone. We truly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. He made a real difference to our stay. The only area that could use some...

'Lovely stay in this lovely hotel Special thanks to the hotel/roommanager Mr Umer for solving some issues for us in a very empathetic way. Thanks again, we really appreciate it. Our 4yr old grandson loved the new room! '
