'We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Checking in was very simple with the lockbox and key. Upon arrival the house was nice and clean with soft instrumental music playing on tv. Very nice! The 'backyard' area was fantastic. Has a nice porch with the beautiful water right there. All appliances worked and there was absolutely nothing wrong in our stay here. Thank you, we look forward to returning sometime.'

'We had the best time ever!! Growing up we went to Rockport every summer for fishing trips and now my mom got to do that with her daughters and grandkids which makes our experience here even more special!! She was so sweet and very quick to respond with every question we had. The place couldn’t be in a better spot! Looking out the front door you see the private pier and the ocean and then 20ft from the back porch is their beautiful pool. She had it stocked with coffee and sugar (and TONS more,)...

'We had a good stay. The condo is further down the seawall so a lot of the stuff you do have to drive down to but the beach is right across the street and the pool was large but always pack. The condo can definitely use some upgrades and some cleaning but the host was great with communication and share a lot of great places to visit. My kids and family from Colorado had a good stay.'
