'Our family so enjoyed this beautiful home on the water. The layout was perfect and lent itself to gathering. So much fun on the dock and playing in the yard. Beds comfortable and plentiful. Extremely well stocked from kitchen to water toys. Surprise treat from the neighbors with amazing fireworks. The neighborhood is so friendly, always lending a hand. I have zero negatives. 'We had a fantastic trip and most of it was due to the condo and how easy it was to access the beach from the building. We had everything we needed in the condo and it was so nice not to have to pack beach towels and beach stuff. Came back from the beach without a car full of sand! My son played the national anthem on his trumpet from the balcony during the fireworks and several of the surrounding condos clapped for him. Super nice atmosphere. Would definitely stay here when we come back. '

'Stayed at these condos different unit in the past and this was far better! Clean, had everything you might need- air fryer, Full kitchen, all the coffee and fixings, PRIME spot right on the pool. Even had floaties with pump there for use! Hot water, cool AC, best parking. And, check in and out was a breeze. The river was beautiful and perfect for fishing, playing with kids or dogs. Just watch out for the Karen's next door property'
