'What a lovely place!!!! Yes the rooms are tiny and you can hear somewhat people around you but the staff, location and price make up for all. The guys at the reception were more than helpful, everyone was really informal but polite at all times. Breakfast was just right (we don't need a huge buffet early in the morning) and the food a normal price, specially if you consider that you are in the heart for Beverly Hills. 'We had a great stay! The property was super spacious and had plenty of room for a large group. The host communicated well and it was easy to access. Walkable for food, groceries, etc. Nice rooftop balcony and patio area in the 1st floor. Would definitely stay again! '

'Gorgeous view, very nicely furnished, dolphins swam right in front of us daily between 9 and 10 am, direct access to a relatively quiet beach (though we headed to Zuma most of the time because it was better for our teens to body board) ... at high tide sitting on the balcony is like being out on a boat (without the swaying), super relaxing'
