'Emilio is a wonderful host!! He was prompt with all communication even before our actual trip. The home is beautiful! It met well beyond our expectations. The kitchen was huge and accommodating for our 8 guests. Each room had its own bathroom which gave everyone privacy. The beds were so comfortable. Bismarck the guard/keeper of the property was so wonderful, helpful and kind! I would most definitely visit this home again when I’m Coata Rica. All of us loved it!!!!'

'The property management is extraordinarily easy to work with. They have an extensive knowledge of the area. We have stayed multiple times and have never been disappointed. Scarlet Macaws and green parrots visit as well as numerous lizards and other birds. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Great place to relax and close to highways if you want to visit San Jose. 'My daughter and I flew to Costa Rica for a long weekend to visit my son who is in college in San Jose for the semester. This property was perfect for our little reunion. Plenty of space, beautiful views way up in the hills, and a pool. The owners were very helpful and charming. Liked that the house had a local flavor and not generic like most hotels and many other rentals were. Nice restaurants in town. Was central to our day trips.'

'The stay is completely as advertised. Stylish and modern. Literally right next door is a vegan eatery and two steps beyond that is another eating establishment. Even if that wasn’t the case Ubereats works well and it’s so close to multiple food places that you have plenty of options. A train does run but it takes maybe 2-3 seconds to pass so by the time you say I hear the train it has already passed by. Super secure. Front gate locks, front door locks. 'This property is stunning! Photos properly represent the home, which has a prime location, just a 20-minute walk to Atenas.
