'Brand new expensive Hotel. Beautiful landscaping. Service is good. Food is average. Room is good but can be better. The bathroom lighting is not bright enough as their downlight is pointing at the toilet bowl not the mirror. Shower area is small and there is no rack to put shower gel and shampoo. It will be better to install it on the wall rather then giving those unrecyclable small bottle of shower gel and shampoo. Nevertheless we did have a pleasant stay at this new hotel. '

'Beautiful hotel, great value for money. The most wonderful staff. Pool table and table tennis was under a shaded area in the pool bar area-so much fun and a good break from the sun! Not many resorts have shaded areas but the cabanas by the pool made a huge difference. Really fun slides in the pool which the kids enjoyed. There was no oats , muesli or Bircher at the breakfast which would have been nice but overall plenty of options at breakfast. Thanks for a great stay! '

'Our stay was marvelous, the room is clean and well maintained and the staff are very friendly. The only thing is the hotel strictly adhere to no early check-in policy and the area is very jam and there were noisy motorbike riders during midnight. Nevertheless, our stay was very pleasant. '

"Kleinschalig maar erg prettig hotel. Prijs-kwaliteit is erg goed. Op loopafstand van het oude centrum. De koffie en thee faciliteiten is gratis. Ook de huiskat was een ontzettend leuk beest. "
"Het hotel was prachtig. Het ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en het zwembad geweldig. Wat wel jammer is dat sinds Corona alle winkels in het gebouw dicht zijn. Nu moesten we een stukje wandelen om naar het leukere gedeelte van Malacca te komen. We hebben erg genoten van onze dagen in dit hotel. "
"Personeel aan de balie was ronduit onvriendelijk. Wij kwamen 's morgens toe van een nachtbus en vroegen of we ons ergens konden wassen (aangezien ze een zwembad hadden) ze bekeken ons alsof we een hele rare vraag stelden en deden heel moeilijk dat we ons wouden douchen. Uiteindelijk na veel discussie mochten we dan toch douchen aan het zwembad. Bij het inchecken blijkt plots dat je niet enkel toeristentaks moet betalen, maar nog andere taksen dat niet op voorhand vermeld werden. De klantvriendelijkheid aan de balie kan stukken beter...
De kamer en douche enzo was opzich wel proper, daar heb ik niks over aan te merken. "
