'What a lovely visit my family and I had over the recent holidays! The home was perfect. We loved the large, well-equipped kitchen, the openness of the downstairs, the charm of an older home, and the proximity (3 blocks) to the Village of Millbrook (with several restaurants, coffee shops, and small stores/boutiques). Keri was an excellent host. She left a welcome note when we arrived, she was very responsive, and she very courteous in all our dealings. We can’t wait to go back and stay...

'Wonderful property! The house is beautiful and spacious with lots of fun things for both the kids and adults to do. The riverside fire pit is amazing, as is the hot tub and lovely deck overlooking the river. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Great location near New Paltz and the state park. '

'My wife and I traveled to West Point this weekend with my brother-in-law and sister-in-law to see our son compete in Army Navy track meet. I the house was perfect for us and an easy drive to West Point. House was clean, and well organized. We would stay again.'

'Host was available when we needed the heat turned on and when it was too hot: it was still warm in our bedrooms, we cracked the windows. One solution is leave the remote for our needed adjustments. Also would love to have hooks in the bathroom. Thanks Joseph'

'The expansive view of the lake was divine. We saw many red winged blackbirds as well as wood ducks and mallards. On night there was a dramatic electrical storm that came over the mountain and across the water, but we could watch it while feeling cozy and safe in the comfy chairs. The kitchen had all that we needed. The location was a perfect balance of rural and near town. Caught a movie at the Millerton movie house which was enlightening. An excellent escape cottage! Showers were quickly hot....

'The home was spacious, and comfortable. There were 7 of us who stayed, and we all enjoyed the one night stay. I would definitely recommend. One hiccup was check in process, the code I was given prior to checking in did not work. I attempted to reach out to a Nicole the host, and had no luck for almost an hour of trying and being on hold with Expedia and vrbo, we see her appear from the back.. She was extremely apologic. I'm assuming the code wasn't updated. Losing an hour was tough, only...

'Perfect house for our family holiday! Enough room for the family to enjoy, babies to have nap space, small children to play with the dog and adults to have mingling areas. Host was amazing, provided prelit tree for us to decorate, fabulous and amazingly appointed kitchen (2 dishwashers!!!).Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are amazing (need time to enjoy that huge tub). I cannot say enough about how wonderful this space was for our needs.It may be a recurring rental for our family!!'

'We screened properties for pet friendly and this listing came up every time, but we got a call from the owner the first morning telling us they were not pet friendly. The did refund us for one night of the 2 we planned to stay. The property is in a very nice part of Newburgh. When you pull up to the property there are 15cars parked around the yard that aren’t being used, 7 are covered and one is a delivery truck and a limo.
