'De kamers zijn redelijk. Gescheurd beddengoed en de airco is gedateerd en maak heel veel lawaai. Koffie is er op de kamer maar geen thee. Er is geen vrij parkeren. De self parking kost $ 25 per nacht en is ver lopen. Uitchecken is al om 11 uur en er is geen mogelijkheid tot langer verblijf. Ook niet tegen extra betaling. Op de verdieping boven ons werden kamers gerenoveerd waardoor er vanaf 08.00 uur tot laat in de avond geboord en getimmerd werd. Volgens de manager mochten ze dat en deden ze...

'The location is super convenient. It's a 2-minute walk to the Disney Springs area. Additionally, they have shuttles that you can sign up for that provide transportation to all the Disney Parks! The hotel itself is a little dated, and the walk to some of the rooms can feel like a maze, but they had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful.'

My bathroom tub and shower tiled walls were peeling and in desperate need of resurfacing/repainting. And there was a couple of women’s hairs on the shower walls so more care needs to be taken during cleaning the room before a new stay. '

'Property is okay but the hype was way overrated. Small pools between buildings. Rooms not updated in a LONG time. Took 3 days for freezer to freeze an ice tray. No ice machines on site. Water park not included. Cost $25 pp per day!!! Received numerous phone calls wanting to sell time share and left notes on door. Customer service was very nice and helpful when needed.'

'The property was stunning. The issue was someone mixed up our booking, and changed our reservation. It was rectified the day after, however the inconvenience was not good. There is no transportation support from the airport, it’s very distant. Overall the resort was relaxing, staff very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are so modernized, and the water sports were fun. '

'The resort was an A experience. Hans and Erma at the front desk were amazingly helpful, patient, and empathetic. Expedia on the other hand was poor in their handling of my lost reservation. Because of them, my checkin took over an hour. Ultimately they had to recreate my reservation since Expedia lost it. Since it took so long, I lost the only free time in my schedule that day. "Een zeer Lux ressort, erg groot, erg netjes en uiterst vriendelijk. Ook de villa was zeer mooi, lekker ruim, van alle luxe voorzien, ook in de keuken was alles aanwezig, bed lag heerlijk, en ons balkon was afgewerkt met gaas zodat je buiten kon zitten zonder insecten. Aanbod van eten in de twee restaurants op het park was een beetje aan de krappe kant maar wel erg lekker. Verder veel voorzieningen op het park. Personeel is zeer behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk. Een echte aanrader dit hotel / ressort."
