I love a buffet breakfast but it was described on expedia as a "free breakfast" not "breakfast included" the difference was a extremely limited one table continental breakfast and a menue order for a cooked breakfast. Further disappointed by the size one extremely small sausage 2 bacon tiny tiny cup of baked beans with eg ect, not a cumbria...

'Overall the stay was fine, nothing alarming. Hotel looked really nice as we entered. However, the quality and standard of rooms were below expectations of a high reviewed/ star hotel. One example being the bathroom, shower heads were not consistent in the water pressure and so caused a lot of spraying all across.
