We had a smooth check in then enjoyed a peaceful relaxing swim in the pool sadly the jacuzzi was broken but the pool was clean and great fun! We enjoyed a delicious dinner and my daughter enjoyed the children’s play area afterwards. The rooms were spacious and the staff quickly brought me up a travel cot without any problems. We enjoyed a comfortable sleep , a delicious breakfast and a morning swim before...

'Sterk verouderd hotel. Daar is de prijs ook naar. Prima ontbijt en ideale locatie aan het strand en op 15 minuten rijden van de mooie wegen in Lake District. Bar en eten was top! Toilet bediening werkte niet erg goed. In het hotel hing een wat muffe lucht.'

'The hotel is located near the train station. Carlisle in itself gave me an unpleasant feeling. After 7 pm all shops and almost all restaurants were closed and I noticed som people gathering near the station. Hotel staff however gave me a nice welcome and an overall safe feeling.'
