'This property was a mixed bag. First the good. Communication and cooperation with the management was excellent (thanks Rosi)! Front and backyard was natural green grass and quite nice. House was reasonably clean.Neighborhood is pleasant and parking is ample. All the bedrooms are upstairs. All flooring was wood (no carpeting).But the kitchen utensils were lacking, especially the bigger bowls and pans. Many vrbo's have a nice selection of spices. 'Casita Menifee is just as advertised, thoughtfully laid out and cozy, compact but comfortable. The coffee and coffee maker are excellent and a refrigerator and microwave are in the room. There are multiple dining and shopping options available a short drive away. One thing we noticed was the hot/cold controls in the shower are reversed. Randall knows about this so he will probably make a note to tell future guests about it.'
