The rooms were cozy and beds comfortable. I wish they had fixed the dock the other side of the lake to give more options to sit and view the lake. The included water activities was a real treat! I would love to see refillable water dispensers, they were nowhere to be found at the resort; in the summer especially, that would have been nice....

'We stayed in High Peaks for two nights in a waterfront room (716). The location is absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable, I gave it a 4 star for comfort as bed was a little hard for my liking but I know that is personal. The staff at the waterfront were helpful and friendly, the kayaks, paddle boards etc are free of charge and readily available. The hotel itself is in a great location in the town within walking distance of everything. I would highly recommend...

We ate dinner in the main room and it was five star all the way this place is a culinary gemstone! Make sure you make a reservation early as the dining room fills up quickly. Loved the breakfast baskets and the wonderful musician who entertained us one evening outside near the campfire and the free s’mores kits. Also free morning coffee or tea was a plus too.
