The beds were comfortable and the kids said the pull out couch bed wasn't too bad either which i think we all know is pretty much as good as it gets when it comes to a pull out. This was our favorite hotel so far and we stay at hotels about 6 times a year for trips. '

'It was a large room with a desk, comfortable bed, and a shower with plenty of water pressure. The staff was very helpful. He had some construction going on and we had to get to bed early to catch an early flight. I asked about the noise and they immediately stop the construction so that we could have a good night sleep.'

'The hotel was nice enough. The staff was excellent. My main complaint is paying for parking. The hotel has a huge parking lot, many years old yet they charge you to park there on top of the cost of the room. If they offered security I could understand but nothing special. We went to WalMart around the corner, We didnt feel safe. Homeless laying all around, beggars. We did Mall of America and went to the town of Edina for a meal. The hotel is convenient for that. '

The sign on the door said no thank you to having the room cleaned. so I did not put the sign out and thought being gone all day they would clean our room. We were gone 10:15 am til 8:45 pm and came back to no clean towels, and room not cleaned. '

And also the Mall of America is right across the street, with the public transit station right there too. The pool area was clean and the water was a comfortable temperature.
