'1st and foremost, there is NO office staff onsite to help with check in, or any other inquires. You have to call and talk to someone in India for anything. We decided to book the cabin they have. This is an old cabin directly behind the hotel that I assume was purchased by the hotel owners and turned into part of the property. There was no A/C, half the doors don't close properly they get stuck on the seriously uneven floors. The windows that actually have screens half of them won't stay open...

'The girl at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. The property was old. Our room smelled terrible. The drain in the shower was plugged and caused a horrible smell. There was one tiny bar of soap for 2 of us to use for 2 days. Only blinds on window, no curtains and people could see in room. 10 min walk to shoreline at bwach.'

'Had an ada room which was very helpful. Great job cleaning the room each day. A microwave in the room would have been nice though plus an ice machine outside of the room would have been great. Everything else was great. Loved the character of each room'

'Perfect location with great amenities, and excellent friendly staff. Available to respond any questions and concerns directly from the owner if needed. The room it’s very quiet and cozy, with plenty of towels and small fridge and microwave. Close to Safeway and the best views of Lake Tahoe. I would come back.
