'The Summit house was just what we needed for our family of ten. Ample room for all. Communication excellent for all our needs. The welcome basket was a special treat. Wish we could live together there forever! There is no way we could have been soo comfortable renting separate condos. Game room and weight rooms were used by all and appreciated.'

'The house and location were perfect for our family of 10. The neighborhood was quiet and a very short drive or 10 min walk to the beach. There was ample public parking next to the beach which was excellent for snorkelling. The pool was ideal for our 4 grandchildren and the house was beautiful and exactly as shown in the VRBO web site. 'If you seek a large home that can accommodate large groups, if you seek close proximity to the most amazing beach - this is the home for you! It feels like Napili Bay is in your front yard! Napili Bay has long been our favorite beach on all of Maui, and now we finally have a home next to it, that we can return and rent each year. We had small kids, teens and adults and the home and management just couldn’t be better. 5 stars all the way around.'

'My family was super excited about the place and location of the Condo but when we arrived at the property the dishwasher and ice machine in the fridge did not work and when we contacted Vacasa they said it was an owner issue. We constantly watched for whales, watched the clouds play on Moloka'i's peaks, watched the brilliant sunsets, and tried to count the stars. 'This house was the perfect spot for our Maui Family Vacation. There were 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids ages 6 years to 12 years) celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The kids loved the pool and the fenced yard provided a private oasis for sitting outside on the lanai. To accommodate all the kids one grandchild slept on a mattress on the floor in the bunk room, but they loved being all together on one room. 'Beautiful ocean view & sunsets from the lanai. The grounds were peaceful and very quiet. The condo was super well stocked, everything you could imagine in the kitchen, a lot of beach towels, chairs & umbrellas. Parking was easy. It was clean & felt very welcoming.
