I enjoyed using the fire pit area in the evenings. Host provides everything you need down to a torch in the fire starter container to light it! Comfortable beds and furniture, giant TV. The large dining table could easily sit 6 people. The kitchen was good sized, modern, and contained plenty of glasses, dishes and silverware. The AC worked well. The WiFi worked well but it was difficult for us to find the WiFi information upon arrival. The parking situation was a bit frustrating since special permits were required to park...

'Cute house. Perfect location for seeing shows at the Fulton Theater. Local dining is excellent. The house runs cold, so if you like temps lower than 65 you will be fine. '
