'Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that covers the utilities was hanging open unable to close. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a make over and attention. It is in a convenient location but I doubt I’ll be staying there again.'

'The heat didn't work. The light fell out of the bathroom ceiling. It didn't seem like they cleaned it between guest. Stains on the bed and dead bugs in the floor and on the wall. The neighborhood wasn't the best and people were smoking on the balcony right outside of the room. Checked out early and will never stay again.'

'The room was great. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Their smoking area needs a seat. The biggest problem I had was when I asked them to book a cab for 7:30 to airport they confirmed they had. In morning SUV pulled up and asked if I was 7:30. I said I was waiting for cab. Front desk confirmed that was who they booked. As a lone female I asked him to further confirm by calling my number. He did. The charge was 45.00. I knew the fare was 30.00. I needed to get to airport so I paid. I only...

It was beautiful, unique, clean, comfortable beds, (free) water, snacks, and other conveniences, Those with mobility issues should be aware of the need to climb steps into the building and potentially to your room. Also, while there are signs to rooms, they’re a little hard to read at night and not at the entrance.'

'Clean, super nice & communicative staff, great food, cool vibe. It’s quirky and comfortable. I would say far more geared to adults because it’s small w only a few rooms - I don’t recall seeing kids there, but it’s in a great location in E Nashville, college age & up.'

'I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel this one needs to be read. First, the staff were excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and helpful. In my opinion, they were some of the best hotel staff I’ve encountered. Anything we needed, they handled quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, the room was a completely different story. 'Beautiful hotel room, beautiful lobby, and a great free breakfast in the ! Very conveniently located so that you can walk to just about anything. We went to a concert at the Ascend amphitheater and it was only about a 10 minute walk. We also walked up to music row and enjoyed the many venues there. Staff was pleasant, grounds were pleasant, Parking was a bit more reasonable here than in some of the other hotels in this area.'
