'Location and amenities were great. Pool was clean and uncrowded. Our outside trash can was overflowing when we arrived and we had to take the previous tenants trash to the curb our first night. The condo itself needs some updating. One chair in living room is broken, you fall forward as you try to get up. Other chairs and sofas are dirty and stained and need cleaned or replaced. The dining table has a 4 inch gouge in the center which was covered with a tray. We had to call about plumbing 3...
