Positief: Netheid, personeel en service en voorzieningen
Goed: het hotel was heel dichtbij het centrum van Playa Blanca, dus uitstekende ligging. Minder goed: hele harde bedden, lekkende airco, tv deed het niet, de kamets zijn heel gehorig en het eten is totaal niet gevarieerd.

ik zou hier een paar dagen slapen. maar heb naar 1 nacht de andere nachten geannuleerd. het bed was keihard, het hotel zelf is wel echt mooi en het eten was goed .

Friendly staff, good service.
Staff had problems with young coworkers. I felt sorry for the managers who had to work with them. We had a great time in H10 Lanzarote Princess.

The hotel was very clean and tidy , the pool area was immaculate and we were advised it only opened a week before we arrived so was brand new. Really good that there was an indoor pool for smaller kids which as warm as the outdoor pool was a bit cold in February but ok once you started swimming. Always managed to get a sunbed in February half term and pool area was not that crowded. Choice of food in the restaurant was great . The only slight negative about the hotel was the the corridors to the rooms were plain white , a bit institutionalized. Could do with some colour and warmer lighting. The hotels usually had some entertainment in the evening which we occasionally visited . Loved the magic act and Mongolian acrobats. Outside the hotel there was easy access to supermarkets and shops and the local beach. Always plenty of parking.

Die Lage ist gut , der Aussenbereich sehr gut. Restaurant und Essen inakzeptabel, Personal Absolut nicht qualifiziert bis auf einige Personen. Massenabfertigung und nicht sauber vom Geschirr bis zu den Tischen . Stühle waren unappetitlich, voll mit Flecken. Es braucht eine Überholung in vielen Bereichen. Können es absolut nicht weiterempfehlen.

Buenos días, muy decepcionada con el hotel. No considero que esté a la altura de 4 estrellas para el servicio e instalaciones. Suciedad en las habitaciones, falta de personal, en el comedor algo tan esencial como como cubiertos, platos, tenias que estar esperando como 15 minutos a que repusieran. El gimnasio las dos máquinas de correr estropeadas. Y mucho más detalles que voy a obviar. Un saludo

I liked the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. My room was cleaned every day and there was plenty of choice in the restaurant. I was on my own so felt a bit isolated. Maybe H10 could do a solo holiday.

Lo que lo más nos ha gustado es que el hotel está muy cerca de la playa , en general todo muy bien en cuanto las habitaciones , limpieza y buffet. Volveríamos a repetir sin ninguna duda.

Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We had a fantastic stay at the lanzarote princess. Everything was kept extremely clean and everything easily accessible with our 2 children (3 and 18 months). The heated pool was a godsend as the main pool was still very cold! The only downside was the “dress code” in the restaurant where men are not allowed to wear shorts. I would understand no sportswear but to say no shorts at all seems odd in a warm climate and also in a restaurant which isn’t high end! Apart from that everything was great!
