Heerlijke week gehad in dit rustige complex met fijn verwarmd zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. Als ik één minpunt moet noemen is dat het appartement best gehorig was.

Excellent family holiday
Instead of skiing, we went for sun holiday. The resort was very good. Very helpfull staff on reception. The service of delivering Evert morning bread to the rooms is excellent. The rooms were comfortable, well cleaned and well equiped. Location to beach and city center is good. Taxi is only 3 euro. Points of attention: although WiFi signal is good, it is an add-on of 8,00 per day for 4 devices. Also you need to rent your safe placed in your villa. If you can afford staying at this resort than that is funny money but still...

Zeer bereidwillig en attent personeel. Huisje een beetje gehorig. Goed onderhouden en schoongemaakt. Alleen de wifi is betalend en (te) duur: in supermarkten en restaurants is wifi gratis, maar niet in dit Resort.

Prachtige accommodatie! Lekker rustig en toch overal in de buurt. Heerlijk zwembad en fijne take-way service van het restaurant, zodat je op je eigen terras kan eten. Fijn terras inclusief zonnebedden. Geweldige locatie om het eiland te verkennen (voldoende parkeerplaatsen aanwezig). Vriendelijk personeel. Heel behulpzaam en overal aan gedacht. Top!

We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Het gebeurde tevens heel efficiënt. Ook al liep er een weg vlak naast ons, we hoorden nauwelijks enig lawaai. Ons onderkomen was zeer schoon en compleet. We hadden een groot terras met twee ligstoelen en een tafel met vier goede stoelen. Het zwembad was ook een prettige voorzening. We hebben het hier zeer naar de zin gehad.

Ok, but could be better.
It's ok overall, bungalows are spacious but there is room for improvement with regards to service. Service ranged between absent to bare minimum. International standard for a hotel doesn't apply here (things like helping with carrying luggage etc.). Complaints are responded to with defensiveness - it's not a debate club but a transaction between a customer and a business. If the business fails to satisfy, then it's on the business, not the customer. Also, the food was edible, but could have been better. Given the relatively cheap price, I can rate it ok, though. On the other hand, I won't be coming back.

Nice stay with some hassles
It’s a good property, a long walk to the restaurants but we didn’t mind that. unfortunately there was noisy building work going on, we had to move rooms, we got a damp smell in the new one. The hotel did try to be accommodating and the filter water tap was excellent. Despite some inconvenience we’d go back.

The restaurant has a wonderful menu, no need to go out every night looking for a restaurant, the staff are amazing at the bar/restaurant. Good Cocktail choices, the prices for food and drink are great. Definitely recommend Jardines Del Sol, Playa Blanca, The location is great, my advice would be to rent a car you will see the entire island at your own leisure.

This was our second stay at Jardines del Sol and again we thoroughly enjoyed it. The complex is situated at the top end of Playa Blanca but only a 20 min walk to the Playa Flamingo beach and 10 mins from the water park. The complex itself is nice and quiet but there are good facilities including the bar & restaurant which serves very good food. The villa's are well equipped with the bonus of a full kitchen and appliances.

Great resort
We checked into the resort and found the receptionist to bw very helpful and polite. It was spotlessly clean throughout the resort and the apartment was also spotless. Facilities in the kitchen were very good and included a washing machine and dishwasher. The only down side was we could hear the next door neighbours talking very clearly when in the bedrooms , apart from that everything was perfect. I feel the resort is perfect for adults as it is very peaceful but did not see much for families with children to do to keep them entertained. Bailey Bar 2 was also excellent, the staff are amazing as is the food served there and all at very reasonable prices. I look forward to returning in the near future.

This was mine and my partners second stay here and both stays we have throughly enjoyed are selves, the 2 bedroom chalets have everything you could want if you like the self catering touch But the food and the staff at Bally’s in the on-site bar/restaurant really make this place special Will definitely be coming back for a third visit.

Résidence très agréable, propre, personnel accueillant. Appartement très fonctionnel. Cependant il faudrait peut être de simplifier la réservation des transats à la piscine… un peu contraignante… transtats inoccupés mais réservés !!! Du coup la famille se retrouve séparée… dommage ! Lovely resort
Pros: The resort looks lovely, the staff is incredibly nice and polite, the pool is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. The Wi-Fi is also excellent. We had to work a bit during our stay and thanks to the quiet resort and good internet we had no issues with work. The apartments are spacious, the kitchen has everything you might need to make breakfast or dinner. Fact: The booking sites show that there is a fabulous breakfast buffet option, which unfortunately does not exist anymore. We were sorry that we had false information. Location: 15-minute-walk from the closest beach. The closest big supermarket is about a 25-minute-drive away. Renting a car is absolutely a must, otherwise you cannot see Lanzarote's sights. While this resort is quite far from many sights, it is not really a problem since the island is very small. Cons: The sound insulation between two neighbouring apartments is non-existing. We heard everything from the neighbouring room, their phones vibrating, their alarms at 6 and 8 am, their talks and their sex... It was really terrible. Luckily we only had a few nights with neighbours.

Muy recomendable, volveremos
El apartamento y el complejo en general son preciosos y están súper cuidados y limpios, y además muchísimas medidas por el covid, nos sentimos muy cómodos. El personal es sobresaliente, encantadores y atentísima, especialmente Giuni de recepción y Lara del bar de la piscina.

Really good facilities especially for families. Were able to provide a potty, pools were fenced for safety and shut securely when lifeguard wasn't available. Restaurant was pleasingly good, as well as serving a very wide range of food throughout the day, they also offer a take away service - great when you have little ones in bed to look after.
