Very modern with great ideas
We visited Mynd for a week just after new year and what a fantastic surprise it's now become from the old sun park living which it used to be. Every part of the building has been renovated with high end fixtures with the rooms being divided into small units. There's no kettle so bring your own. Check in was for your room access key, this could be better. Food was outstanding anyone complaining just get a life. Staff are friendly the hotel is spotlessly clean. Loads of sun beds and they've split the two pool areas into a family zone and a quiet relaxing zone what a great idea. We had a spa which was great. The only negative we had was in room 1720 and all these rooms along that back row, there was never any Sun so even our shower towels didn't dry. Overall a really modern eco friendly hotel that tries to fit into the modern world of recycling and using natural materials.

Alles Super, würde es immer empfehlen. Tolle Anlage, schöner Poolbereich, schöne Zimmer, gute Lage, man kommt zu Fuß überall hin. Tolle Aufteilung zwischen Relax Zone und Family Zone, damit man seine Ruhe hat. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer im 1. OG in der Relax Zone. Das Zimmer sieht super aus, die Toilette und Dusche ist mit einer Glastür getrennt durch die man durchschauen kann. Das ist nicht wirklich angenehm. Das Licht am Spiegel ist nicht wirklich gut und blendet eher beim „fertig machen“ der Spa Bereich mit Sauna ist nicht im Zimmerpreis inkludiert, man muss dort eine Massage buchen oder separat bezahlen für die Sauna. Das Restaurant ist etwas überfordert, hier kommt es zu unnötigen Wartezeiten auch wenn nicht soo viel los ist.

Decisamente scadente ! Pagato x 3 persone e in camera mancava sempre il 3 asciugamano anche x gli sdrai ! Fatto presente due volte ma la situazione non è cambiata ! Il primo giorno ho dovuto fare ripulire la strada perché non avevano fatto niente ! In una settimana non hanno mai lavato i pavimenti ne dentro ne fuori davanti alla piscina ! I vetri della stanza erano talmente sporchi da essere opachi !le bocchette dell'aria erano piene di polvere e in bagno giravano animaletti penso usciti dalla doccia ! La piscina dei bimbi era ghiacciata e dopo aver pagato la spa x fare il bagno al bambino perché mi era stato detto che era calda mentre era ghiacciiata anche quella ! Personale molto scarso nella struttura e poco presente alla alla reception x il numero di presenze ! Camere belle esteticamente perché nuove ma non insonorizzate! Insomma non un 4 stelle come servizi e simpatia del personale che un saluto non fa mai male anche solo un sorriso ! Sconsiglio questa struttura visto anche quelle nuove che stanno aprendo sul mare ! SCONSIGLIATO ,!!!!!!

Mucho mejor de lo que nos esperábamos! Además, contratamos estancia más desayuno y nada más llegar nos hicieron un upgrade y nos comunicaron que teníamos media pensión. Todo un detalle que agradecemos. Nos quedamos con el personal del hotel, sus instalaciones y la piscina privada que es un auténtico lujo. Volveremos sin lugar a duda!

Impeccable grounds/rooms. Lovely pools, choice of 2. Relax area nice & quiet and easy to get sunbeds. Good selection for breakfast; if you don’t want cold meats/cheese etc, there’s a poor choice. Every other day the bacon is alternated between proper bacon, the next day horrid ironed-ham-plastic-bacon. No beans/tomatoes. If you want English breakfast it’s “bacon” and eggs. Plus courgettes, or green beans/aubergines/mixed vegetables if that’s your bag!!! Beans pleeze! Water from urn for tea luke warm. Rarely teaspoons or jugs for the milk available. Glasses for juice not always available. Staff did not have eye on the ball in terms of replenishment. No jam/marmalade available-basic breakfast item. No egg station for eggs on request so were left on the hot plates which weren’t hot enough. Croissants/pastries were tiny & tasted of grease. Junior suite was large, very comfy beds. Lighting in bathroom was awful & very dark, insufficient to put makeup on. Only a rail to hang clothing on which is ok if you don’t have longer length dresses. Nowhere at all to hang a long dress-obviously designed by a man not a woman! How can you have nowhere to hang a long dress? Majority of staff unfriendly/miserable, ages to serves cocktails. One person on bar means queuing. Once, the one barstaff was counting money; when I asked for service twice, she threw hands up in the air & ignored me. Poorest service I’ve experienced. Definitely need to up their game to make it great.

Muy recomendable tanto para familias como parejas.
Muy buena ubicación en Playa Blanca. Puedes ir andando a Playa Dorada en apenas 10 minutos. Ideal la separación de espacios entre la zona Relax y la familiar. Te permite descansar y desconectar. Desayuno variado y de calidad. El personal es muy atento y está pendiente de que tu estancia sea perfecta. Como área de mejora, la limpieza diaria de la habitación es demasiado superficial y no cubría todos los espacios de la habitación.

Lovely hotel, rooms are nice and comfy. Great swimming pools for the kids. Nice walk to the beach, boulevard and marina. Not all rooms are accessible via lift - not great with a double pram and 2 sleeping kids.

Très sympa, calme et agréable
La région est magnifique, l'hôtel est très bien à l'exception du wi-fi qui est très très mauvais et c'est dommage, car cet hôtel mérite mieux
