VILLA FELICIA ligt in Los Colorados, waarschijnlijk de meest exclusieve woonwijk van Playa Blanca in het zuiden van het prachtige lava-eiland Lanzarote. De villa is vrijstaand met maximale privacy, heeft een verwarmd privé, onzichtbaar zwembad en werd volledig gerenoveerd in december 2019 en exclusief, modern ingericht. Op het zonnige, beschutte terras in uw goed onderhouden privétuin, kunt u heerlijk ontspannen. Een gemetselde grill zorgt voor een mooie barbecue. De beste omstandigheden om een heerlijke vakantie door te brengen. Het interieur biedt 2 mooie slaapkamers, een met een ensuite badkamer. De badkamer van de ander bevindt zich direct tegenover. De badkamers hebben vloerniveau, extra grote douches en ruim badkamermeubel. Een föhn is aanwezig. Een bijkeuken met wasmachine is ook beschikbaar. De gloednieuwe open keuken met een grote koelkast, magnetron, inductiekookplaat en vaatwasser is volledig uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft voor een goed menu. Een mooie woonkamer met een moderne eettafel is direct verbonden. U kunt ontspannen op de grote bank of honderden internationale tv-zenders met satelliet ontvangen. Internet en WiFi zijn beschikbaar en kunnen gratis worden gebruikt. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt ligt op 300 meter afstand. Er zijn een paar aanbevolen restaurants en bars en supermarkten in de omgeving. De nabijgelegen stranden in Playa Blanca zijn enkele van de mooiste op het eiland. Playa Flamingo in het midden van Playa Blanca is veilig voor kinderen en biedt verschillende restaurants aan een lange strandpromenade. Als je het natuurlijk wilt houden, ben je aan het juiste adres in het nabijgelegen beroemde Playa Papagayo. Dit is met zijn kleine mooie zandige baaien onder bescherming van de natuur en ik heb het nog nooit overrompeld gezien. Een klein restaurant op een klif biedt onvergetelijke panorama's en zonsondergangen. met een heerlijke sundowner. De nabijgelegen haven van Puerto Rubicon nodigt u ook uit om te blijven hangen met boetieks, restaurants en bars. Als u sportief bent, is het eiland ideaal voor uw hobby's. Er zijn prachtige wandel- en fietspaden over het eiland. Duiken en snorkelen en allerlei watersporten (surfen vliegeren, vissen, motorboot varen) zijn mogelijk. Er zijn 2 prachtige golfbanen beschikbaar voor golfers. Ik geef de voorkeur aan de golfbaan in de buurt van Puerto del Carmen, die op ongeveer 30 minuten afstand ligt, en die meer veeleisende golfers zal aanspreken. Een vakantie op dit prachtige Canarische eiland biedt desgewenst veel afwisseling, maar het kan ook buitengewoon goed zijn, om volledig te ontspannen en te "ontspannen" van de dagelijkse stress. Veel plezier met het leren kennen en ervaren!

Prachtige villa op heerlijke locatie

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in villa Felicia. We konden de woning meteen na aankomst betrekken dankzij de medewerking van Patricia. De foto’s bij de advertentie geven een heel goed beeld van het huis. De tuin, de inrichting en het zwembad zijn een aanrader. Het zwemwater had met 28 graden een heerlijke temperatuur. Ook het huis zelf voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Het is modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. De villa beschikt over goede bedden en prima sanitaire voorzieningen met een onder andere een heerlijke regendouche. Daarnaast biedt de villa veel privacy. Goede restaurants bevinden zich op korte afstand bij Marina Rubicon. Zoek je een huis waar je heerlijk tot rust komt en volop het vakantiegevoel geniet, boek dan Villa Felicia. Ankommen, entspannen, genießen – Lanzarote vom Feinsten !

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Abwicklung hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Information und Austausch mit Patrica vor und über unseren Urlaub hinweg war einwandfrei, so dass uns alles total einfach und angenehm gemacht wurde. Es gab sogar einige kulinarische Köstlichkeiten, die Patricia zu unserem Empfang in der Unterkunft vorbereitet hatte. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer recht ruhigen Lage und doch ist es nicht weit zum Strand oder nächsten Supermarkt. Alles im Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Außenanlage lädt stets zum Verweilen ein, ob das Frühstück auf der Terrasse beim Sonnenaufgang, dem Schwimmen im Pool, relaxen auf den Liegen oder abends den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen im beleuchteten Garten. Toll ist auch, dass der Pool beheizt ist und unsere Tochter so jeden Tag ihren Spaß darin haben konnte. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen und können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen !

Perfect little paradise

This was our second holiday at this villa and delighted to say that it did not disappoint. It had everything you could want for a relaxed vacation. Loved the privacy and the peace this villa affords you and whether you hire a car or use public transport getting around is never an issue. Lovely villa spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Heated pool maintained twice weekly and at a very nice temperature. Car not essential as half hourly bus service to Playa Blanca available round the corner from villa. Restaurants and bars at marina Rubicón 20 minute walk along promenade . Local bars , restaurants and supermarket 5 minute walk.

Superb villa

The villa is wonderful - very clean, has everything you needed and the pool was warm. The situation was also perfect - a short distance from a supermarket and places to eat and within walking distance of the marina and all its shops and restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend. A very spacious, clean and well equipped property in a very quiet and safe residential area. Very generous, well kept garden and pool area. Less than a 5 minute walk to the local supermarket and an easy 20 minute walk to the marina where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

Really great place to get away in the sun! Villa is really nice, clean, modern and the outside and pool area is fantastic. Villa is in a quiet location with a 15 min walk along the sea front to the marina where theres a large number of restaurants to pick from. Just spent four weeks at Villa Felicia and all I can say is that we did not wish to return home. The villa was comfortable, completely private and quiet and a great place to lounge around the pool. Lovely very private Villa, in a good location, a few nice local restaurants and a supermarket within a few minutes walk. 30 minute scenic coastal walk to the busy marina where you have a lot more dining choices. Easy to get a Taxi which are cheap enough if you don't fancy the walk! Thank you for a lovely stay Barry, Catherine and Jessie. Would definitely visit again.

Quiet Location

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Felicia and would definitely stay again. The villa is in a great location, very quiet and private. Only 35 minutes walk and you are at Marina Rubicón with many restaurants. The pool was perfect and the pool guy visited twice during our stay. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and great water pressure in the showers. Short walk to a HiperDino Express which would be perfect if you didn’t have a car. Check in and check out easy and fuss free. Patricia has been easy to contact and prompt to reply with regards to any enquiries.

Great place, very quiet

The house was ultra clean and really well equipped (3 different coffee makers) and modern. Great beds, great kitchen, etc… Nice pool, very quiet location, close to water and close to a small shopping center. Along the waterfront there is a paved boardwalk leading to the next town, great for running, too. Host is super friendly, too. 6 stars out of five.

This is our 2nd Vist @ Amazing than ever the Villa is a Dream paradise get away! Easy check Inn and location etc. Maybe the Villa needs a little TLC compared to our 1st visit last year but nothing that was a big problem for us hope to vist again.

Lovely and relaxing holiday

We have had a lovely relaxing stay at Villa Felicia. The villa was as described online, very clean, spacious and truly private, despite having immediate neighbours. Patricia was an excellent host and responded to any questions we had very quickly. The house is ideal, in a quiet location but also close to the centre of Playa Blanca - about a 25 minute walk along the promenade to the marina where there are lots of lovely places to eat. The Papagayo beaches are worth a visit and the snorkelling is excellent there although the beaches in Playa Blanca are worth visiting too. There is a small supermarket close by (about 300 metres from the villa) where you can pick up a few essentials but we did our main food shop at a Superdino in the centre of Playa Blanca (only 10 mins by car). We would definitely return to Villa Felicia again and would also be happy to recommend to family and friends.

Lovely villa for peaceful holiday

Patricia was very helpful with all our correspondence and questions. The villa was spotlessly clean and well presented, and full of all kitchen ware or little gadgets that you may need to create a stress-free holiday. The garden the villa is set is beautiful, and very peaceful. The pool is fantastic and is cleaned twice a week. The location is excellent too, the villa is a very short walk away from a local supermarket, bars and restaurants and a brilliant Escape Room company. 20 minutes walk on a picturesque coast road will take you in to the centre of Marina Rubicon. The villa is less than 5 minutes away from the nearest bus stop too. We can't recommend this villa highly enough. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday - thank you, Patricia!

Great situation

Villa Felicia has a great situation providing the chance for a relaxing holiday within a few minutes walk of the local supermarket, cafes, bars and a limited number of restaurants. Also eay access to the seafront walkway towards the Marina and Playa Blanca town. An easy walk to the Papagoyo beaches. Great communication from the villa owner and everything in good order.

Lovely relaxing holiday

We’ve just had a lovely relaxing week at Villa Felicia. The Villa was spotless, so clean, tidy and light & airy. It had everything we needed, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The children (aged 14 & 10) loved the pool. 5 min walk to the supermarket and a beautiful 25 min to the marina where there are lots of lovely restaurants. We had a couple queries while we were there and Patricia (the owner) came back to me so quickly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Garten

Wir sind 2 Ehepaare und waren restlos begeistert von Ihrem schönen Haus. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht und sich vorstellen kann. Die Villa ist sehr sauber, funktional und zentral gelegen. Füßläufig ist ein Supermarkt, kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants zu erreichen. Begeistert waren wir auch von dem schönen uneinsehbaren Garten. . Auf Grund des schönen Wetters, konnten wir täglich den beheizten Pool benutzen. Wir haben hier ein paar sehr schöne und erholsame Tage verbracht und kommen gerne wieder
