The house is on the exterior of the trailer park neighborhood, making the 530-7 AM time hard to sleep through as you hear the traffic/ music/ loud motorcycles as there is a stop light adjacent. We were almost run over numerous times by other tenants/ residents. The grounds were in need of a weed eating or mowing and there were ants on the outside furniture. The washing machine combo did not work, the clothes...

'Wonderful, quiet, older neighborhood and our party of 4 enjoyed our stay. The Pulpit Rock Park was lovely, though we didn't get very far after stopping to watch the local wildlife just in the nearby yards - rabbits, squirrels (of course), birds and a small herd of mule deer bucks browsing in someone's landscaping. Kitchen had the essentials (though could use some better lighting and outlets). Games and books available to entertain guests in the comfortable living room space. Would certainly stay...
