Sam was extremely helpful during check-in and showed us around the property and our room, they also have a ping pong table, deck/patio space right on the water, and a secluded garden which was very nice.
Breakfast was amazing and gets made right away (between 7-9) he even messaged me before we got there for any dietary restriction, and breakfast was different each day.
Sam really puts in extra effort to make your stay comfortable and I was sad...

The walk to the waterfront is down (and then back up) a pretty steep hill so folks with mobility challenges may find it difficult. Fortunately, you can take an alternate route walking a bit south and then east to the water. '
