'Nette schone kamer, prima ontbijt en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ondanks de renovatie hebben we de gehele week een prima verblijf gehad. Absolute aanrader.'

'The room was massive, even bigger than the picture made us think. Great waterpressure in the shower and nice beds. The location is near several highways and it offers easy access to both the city as wel as Peggy's Cove. Nice pool and good breakfast as well. Only downside was that housekeeping on our floor was only at the end of the afternoon (around 4 pm) which can be a bit late when traveling with a young child.'

'This was a very happy surprise. The rooms are spacious. Bedding is comfortable. There was a kitchen area and a small dining area and loads of storage space. Modernized bathroom. But the biggest surprise was that the property is on a lake. Governor's Lake. Walk around the property and you come to a beautiful lawn and grounds that are beautifully manicured and a heavenly view. Great sunsets. Prices are reasonable. Pharmacy across the street and TBR across street (tavern) with great food and...

'I wish we had a tae kettle and some coffee in our room . But aside from that the room was beautiful clean and the bed was like a cloud . The pool was chaos with kids barrling down the water slide right on top of other guests without waiting and following safety measures and the parents were doing nothing . The bar had a screaming baby being tended to a father who was holding his beer and the kids were allowed to stay in the bar area well past 1am. I loved my stay and the hotel and staff were...

'Unable to secure room with my visa. Had to call a friend to come there and use theirs. beer cost 2x more than downtown bars They try to keep selling you food at the bar with every drink. Even if you say not ordering tonight. Extra unexplained charge on the room on top of the room price... I wont be back.'

'Breakfast was amazing, rooms were clean and spacious. Location was great to get to Halifax activities. We rented a car so the drive was not hard or far to get to the waterfront. Would definitely stay again. Great value for price.'
