'Reserved a lake view with a king size bed. Once I got into my room I had a non lake view and 2 queen beds. I asked if they could switch me but they said all of their other rooms were taken and they didn’t compensate me for the extra money I spent to get the better room.'

'The office chair provided was terrible. Went to your mid back and extremely uncomfortable. We asked for replacement and management could no accomodate. The internet was extremly slow and you had to PAY for high speed internet. Very dissappointed at $222.00 per night and have got both of the items above at extended stays at half the price. WILL NOT BE BACK.'

'Rooms were very nice and clean. Roof top pool was wonderful. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.'
