'Apartment is in a fantastic location. , right in the centre of Madrid on Gran Via with shops , bars and restaurants within minutes walkIt’s very spacious and the bedrooms perfectly placed for privacy . The terrace is such an asset in the hot Madrid weather and gives an area to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Communication with Flavie was excellent I would thoroughly recommend the apartment for a very enjoyable Madrid visit '

'Great location in Madrid, a few steps from a subway station. Beautifully decorated apartment, with lovely artwork pieces including images of swirling Dervishes, tapestries, vases… A selection of great books from James Baldwin to Amin Maalouf, art books on Madrid architecture, Goya’s paintings… very comfortable bedroom, and so on. If you add the nicest host ever, what else can you ask for? A pure delight! Thanks for everything! 🙂'

'We really enjoyed our stay. Pedro was such a charming host and carried our very heavy bag up to the apartment. The location is perfect, the beds were comfortable, the temperature was nice and cool during some very hot days in Madrid, and there was plenty of space for us to enjoy family time. We did not mind the four flights of stairs, but we walk and hike regularly. It was also easy to catch a taxi out front. We really enjoyed looking down at all the action from the balcony. Thank you...

'L'appartement est très récent et bien situé. Un garage est à disposition donc très pratique. Le seul petit reproche serait au niveau de l'intimité. Les stores et les portes transparentes ne permettent pas d'allumer le soir sinon tout le monde peut vous voir dans la pièce à vivre, la douche ou la chambre. C'est peut-être un élément à améliorer pour ne pas vivre sans lumière. Et pour cuisiner peu d'ustensiles (il manque des indispensables comme une passoire par exemple).'

"Ik had wat reviews gezien waar het hotel er niet zo best uitkwam; maar het lijkt wel of ik dan in een totaal ander hotel heb gezeten! Je zit dan weliswaar in een wijk in aanbouw; maar het is er heerlijk rustig en binnen een half uurtje toch in centrum van Madrid. Personeel komt wat onvriendelijk over maar maak een praatje en ze komen helemaal los…. Zwembad op de 6e etage is prima vertoeven; met een briesje dus flink blijven smeren. Kamer is wat je van een hotel mag verwachten: heerlijke bedden om te slapen; schone badkamer om te douchen en indien gevraagd is het geen probleem voor dagelijks schoonmaak en handdoekwissel (met extra handdoeken)……vakantie speelt zich over het algemeen toch af buiten je hotelkamer. Ontbijt was prima; mensen die klagen over te weinig variatie hebben waarschijnlijk thuis iedere ochtend een buffet staan met 15 soorten beleg; fruit; diverse soorten brood en zoetigheden. Tip: kijk van tevoren wat je wil zien in Madrid en download de Uber app op je telefoon (heb ik ook voor de eerste keer geprobeerd; ging een wereld voor mij open)."
