'the hot tub did not work and they did not till us at chick-in i would not have stayed'

'Asked for a lake view, no response from the kid working the counter. Was not greeted, felt as if we were interrupting his phone scrolling. Asked if the shuttle could take us to the casino, all we get is "Uh, huh!" Couldn't find the ice machine, didn't dare ask where it was. However, the lady at the counter in the morning was extremely pleasant and happy to help with our needs.'

'The room had very few amenities, not even glasses supplied in the room. And there was only one washrag and one hand towel in the room. And the bath towels supplied were very small. In addition I had to ask for a channel listing for the TV as there was none in the room. Additionally there was no information book supplied showing for instance fire exits and other amenitiesl'

'We really enjoyed our stay while visiting my dad in Little Falls. The location was great — close to downtown with lots of wonderful restaurants and cute shops nearby. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus and perfect for our dog. It was a relaxing and easy place to stay, and we would definitely come back. Shannon was great host!'

'Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lakeside cottage! We appreciated the modern updates and conveniences as well as the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. We loved having our pups join us, too. Although it was chilly while we were there, the numerous and sizable windows facing the lake still made us feel connected to the nature and wildlife around us.
