'I enjoyed a weekend away here with a few girlfriends and we were beyond impressed with this property! We immediately noticed how clean it was upon check-in. It looks even better than the pictures and the location is walkable to numerous shops and restaurants. An added bonus was enjoying coffee at the cafe that was right below us. I can’t say enough good things about our weekend here and I would absolutely stay here again!'

'This location was perfect for a quick winter getaway. Located less than a half mile from all the great spots in Portsmouth and with off street parking was so great. The apartment was clean , organized and cozy. Everything from arrival to departure went smoothly and we would absolutely come back!'

'The apartment was located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. It was the perfect size for a small group of us to stay and be able to walk to shopping and restaurants. We had everything we needed, including a cute little snack area. I would say the only downside was that the building was very old and therefore not soundproofed. So we heard everything the young kids were up to downstairs, quite early in the morning. Still, we’d definitely rent again!'

'We stayed for one night. We were 5 and we fit perfectly for one night. The place has a nice outdoor seating area and we enjoyed it. We were 10 minutes or 15 minutes away from Portsmouth , so it was a perfect spot to stay , on the beach and close to a main city. Safe parking spot and easy walk to the beach.'

'It was small but perfect!! we were there only to sleep and shower. Loved having coffee pot and other kitchen stuff. We were so comfortable!!! I would choose the bnb over a hotel anyday!! loved having access to the washer and dryer as well. The people were so nice and welcoming, just a wonderful overall experience. 'This is a beautiful, 2 bedroom condo that was hard to leave. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. Tina and Jim are excellent hosts and had a wonderful basket full of goodies on the counter along with a personalized welcome greeting and card waiting for us. The deck overlooks a large pond and tidal creek and there is big lawn with a fire pit for cooler evenings. We would definitely stay there again. Larry & Sherri'
