'I love how close it is to the shrine if you want to walk and see it at nighttime all lit up. The private bath is perfect after a long international flight. Very quiet and peaceful experience, staff are very attentive and friendly and non obtrusive. I thought it was especially sweet that they prepared slippers for me when I came down for breakfast. 'This place is a holy grail. The staff are so warm and helpful. The ryokan is beautiful. We had the onsen as well they have such a little beautiful onsen pool surrounded by trees and overlook the sky. Ons reisgezelschap had de superiorkamer en deze was dan weer heel klein met amper ruimte. 'The address and map given by Expedia led us to the wrong location at first but we eventually found it via a Google search. The property was clean, well-appointed, and easily accommodated our group. It was in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, and the Sinso-ji Temple. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.'
