'Zeer mooi hotel.

'Very cost effective and friendly staffs'

'Su Casa is a great apartment properry in Hanoi. It has a great location, very attentive staff, clean, spacious rooms, fast WiFI, and a nice roofdeck lounging area. Our 2 BR 3rd floor aprtment had a wonderful floor to ceiling wondow overlooking the Old Quarter and a great kitchen area for making small meals. We had a minor issues with checkinf in but Su Casa has a a "hot line" that easily solved our problem. We shy away from staying at larhe cjaom jotels when we travel and prefer local properties...

'In the middle of Ha Noi life. Highlights at walking distance. Cozy hotel with extremely friendly staff. '

'Staff were friendly and helpful, our room was quiet and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, did not get a chance to spend much time at the sky bar and pool area but did briefly check it out to enjoy some fresh air and lovely views of the city. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'

'Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Main foyer was beautiful 😍 Breakfast fantastic. Plenty of options. Room was clean. Only complaint was that the rooms are definately not as maintained as they may appear in photos. Bathrooms need some maintenance. Shower over the bathtub is hazardous to climb out of! Towels were definately clean, but we're worn.'

'clean and updated room. professional and friendly staff. breakfast is abundant. five star all the way.'

Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel.'

'Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, well waking up for. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well in the rooms.'

'Service was impeccable. There's always someone to open the door and help with luggage. Rooms are a touch outdated but very well maintained and clean. We were on the 6th floor and there was minimal noise. Overall the room was a really nice oasis to return to after a day in the heat and hustle of Hanoi. They change the towels and sheets and clean the room on a daily basis. There is a terrace on the top floor which we regret not visiting and a gym which was adequate for us. They also had...

'Didn't try but they gave us takeaways, very kind of them.'

'A great place to stay! The rooms are comfortable, clean, well appointed and are serviced regularly. The staff are fantastic! The people at the front desk are just the kindest most helpful people you will find anywhere. Highly recommended!!'
