'Toilet had difficulty flushing; stayed with a dog and had to pay separately. The breakfast was not good; coffee ran out. '

'The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock. And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card. Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned.'

'Nobody on staff late night, had to ring bell. Smell of Thau food constantly, not much of a breakfast. No spoons, knives, forks, three cups, no coffee throughout the day, and no napkins. '

'I will NEVER stay here again. There was a dead roach stuck in a spider web near the curtains in the bedroom which has been there for awhile. A dead roach smashed and smeared on one of the walls. The carpets in the hallways were filthy and the whole place stunk. I walked into the food area just to check it out and saw the biscuits just sitting out and not even covered. DO NOT stay here!!! '

'My room was clean and otherwise ok. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was broken and completely empty. The breakfast room was dirty, messy and rather gross. Two other guests kindly warned me not to make a waffle because the batter was sour. Most of the tables had not been wiped off and the floor was sticky. When I selected apple juice from the dispenser, it actually dispensed orange juice. Thank goodness the bedroom area of my room was nice. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of...
