'We had an amazing stay with family. The view of the water on one side and the bucolic field with horses on the other is an incredible combination. Just moments from Colonial Beach and a short drive to other nearby towns, this place was perfect for us. We’ll certainly be coming back the very next chance we get!'

'Our second stay at this property and we enjoyed ourselves as much as the first time. House is very well appointed, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and nice furniture. We utilized the dock, fire pit and screened in porch every day of our stay. Good local restaurants, quick drive to wineries, breweries and other local attractions. We love The Roberts Rivah house.'

'The large and pretty Victorian house was in convenient walking distance to restaurants, shops, and town. We had a beautiful view of the harbor marina! Love waking up to that view and having breakfast looking at the people taking morning walks. The hosts Steve and his wife, Shawn, were so dear. They welcomed us with a tour and cookies! Always sweets wherever we turned so we really loved that! Shawn is an excellent baker...I blame her for my weight gain lol. Everything was clean, comfortable, ...
