'The only signage for the motel is the ok motel. The property in generally was poorly kept, the room was sparse and smelled heavily of cleaner, the neighborhood was questionable. I am surprised this hotel is on HOTELS.com at all. Never met with the staff, I did receive a phone call advising of the signage. WE ended up not even staying there because of the condition and smell of the room '

'Staff was very bad rooms were extremely nasty !! We had 3 rooms all had the same experiences even found a bag of meth in one of the rooms!! Do not recommend at all!!'

'The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Location is great for Globe Life and AT&T. The only compliant I have is the shuttle service to DFW only runs in the morning and afternoon. '

'Book room on October 2nd for a king bed and arrived February 20th and was told that they had no king beds left. Then out of no where they had one available. Then tried to charge me $670 for 2 nights when it was previously $348. Also the bed felt like a rock and had silverfish. Will not be back to this hotel.'

'The hotel is very nice. The lobby was pristine. The staff was very friendly, helpful and present. The hotel room was very contemporary and minimal. It was nice. I enjoyed that it doesn’t have carpet. It was very clean and comfortable. However, the minimalist design was not easy for my husband and I. There wasn’t much room on the countertop in the bathroom. There was no shelf in the shower area and that made it tricky to bring my clothes and towel in that area. They also didn’t have anywhere to...

'Rooms were clean and well laid out. We even had a kitchenette and dishwasher, but the coffee maker was a little confusing to use and our room was not cleaned during our stay. The pool was cold (February) but usable when sunny, but breakfast was great! Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again. '

'Friendly & Accommodating Staff. This hotel has the best staff. Sherry serviced our group throughout the weekend and she was very accommodating & friendly. The breakfeast provides ample options. I also liked the fact they had bowls and plates that could be used for the room. The stay was pleasant with the suite style room including space for snacks and a sink to wash dishes in! I will definitely go back. '
