'The only signage for the motel is the ok motel. The property in generally was poorly kept, the room was sparse and smelled heavily of cleaner, the neighborhood was questionable. I am surprised this hotel is on HOTELS.com at all. Never met with the staff, I did receive a phone call advising of the signage. WE ended up not even staying there because of the condition and smell of the room '

'This property is old and not well maintained. While the room was clean(ish) the common areas like hallways, stairs, and elevator were dirty. Stains on carpeting, stains on bedding, stains on towels! Patchwork repairs such as mismatch pain etc everywhere. While the front desk staff was nice, there was zero hostility! I asked for extra pillows and a blanket which took 24 hrs to arrive. I stayed 4-nights and never had maid service once. And when I asked for maid service I was told no cuz they were...

'The curtains, lamp, and sheet had stains. The desk chair looked like it had been clawed by wolves. The air conditioning did not get cool. The baseboards were rotted. The tub was made for small children. The microwave burnt my food and the fridge kept my food at room temperature. The ice machine didn’t work so ice was placed in zip loc bags in some kind of freezer. It was not worth the price. I think there better hotel options in the area. '

'I went to the Bruno Mars concert with my daughter and stayed here. The location was perfect! You wake up in the morning, and open the door and a big beautiful rollercoaster smacks you in the face--it sets the tone for an amazing day. The vibe is unbeatable and it makes you wanna have fun the rest of the day. The room was clean and comfortable and we felt safe. You can't beat the price. We will definitely be going again. '
