'"Queen Size Bed" was an extremely firm mattress on a wooden slab supported by concrete blocks. Though it was very cool when we arrived, the heat was not on and owner not there to show us how to operate the remotes, No handrails on 3 steps up to entrance. Very precarious! No blinds on front windows!!'

We arrived at the property (complete with groceries) only to find out the property was NOT available due to a long term rental. We had the code to the door and were able to walk in on someone else’s stay. That was incredibly dangerous and disrespectful for all parties.
