'Great location, nice open floor plan and tons of great outdoor space! Kids loved the game room with air hockey and video game console. Home had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay! We had a large family in town and it was perfect for hosting them! '

'Roomy, and clean. The large kitchen island with the bar stools and the the large couches in the living room gave us plenty of room to hang out together.The young adults really enjoyed the fuze ball table. Pretty neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. The back yard was peaceful, and had a grill. We will definitely book in the future.'

'Percy, our host, was just awesome. His communications with us were great from very beginning to just before arrival with check-in instructions. He even allowed a change in arrival date from original reservation.The property was excellent and clean and it accommodated my family's needs perfectly. It gave us a comfortable place to relax and we all slept well both nights after the events surrounding my Mother's 100 birthday. Highly Recommended!'

'The house was very clean and has all the modern amenities you need. The neighborhood is quiet and the few people we saw were friendly. There is a public housing building down the street but it is not in use and most of the neighborhood is single family homes. The house is close to downtown and off the main road so getting around Sanford is easy and quick. Check out the Sanford Antique mall while you are here!'

'Perhaps the best location in Apex. Just a few steps to all the restuarants and shops on Salem Street. Place "feels" bigger than it looks. Responsive and helpful host. Very comfortable, all amenties you'd need are there and it has a lot of charm. We will definitely book again '
