'This is my second time at Encore, hotel is very clean, great location, vip perks are always a plus (room upgrade, welcome drinks). The staff was super accommodating, they even packed a breakfast lunchbag for us because we were checking out early. The only thing I did not like, my boyfriend requested an ice bucket and he was told that have to charge him for it. Odd but true, other than that everything was awesome.'

'Hele aardige mensen, mooie kamers, maar het hotel is jammer genoeg gelegen aan een drukke weg. Vandaar dat de locatie minder is.'

'Arrived there after a 20 min. Taxi drive from the airport and were told that no room is available. Owner/Manager told us we should have to confirm his email request after booking at hotels.com. Never got an email and otherwise the booking was completed via hotels.com. Were very lucky with our Taxi driver who brought us to a nice hostel in miraflores after that but of course that was another hour drive which cost us a lot of money, time and nerves after having travelled all day.'
