'This property and the Vrbo support we're both horrendously bad. The unit had cockroaches. I couldn't reach anybody at Vrbo with any authority, and no one seemed to care. Vrbo sucks.'

'We absolutely loved it. It was our first time doing a home rental and this was a great start. It’s within walking distance to downtown, in a walkable neighborhood, and had enough room for 5 of us comfortably. I will say if you are a taller person, I suggest staying upstairs, we had a few head bonks going down to the basement. The check in and out process was simple. We had a couple maintenance issues pop up and management was super fast in responding and offered to come over and fix it. '
