'Property had so much to offer for the price we paid. We were able to cut loose and let the kids go between water parks and outside pools plus great access straight to the beach. Room was as described and clean.'

'One of the worst stays i have ever had anywhere. The receptionist was rude and had no idea what she was doing. She tried to tell me that I had a balance due at checkin after I paid in full at booking. She even had the confirmation printed off showing paid in full. She then said she was just going to charge my card on file. The reservation was for 2 rooms and she tried to just give me one room. Once we got to our room, it was a pig pen. Looks absolutely nothing like the online pictures. My room...

'Although the guest registration staff was fantastic, the room provided was dirty to the point our kids feet were black, the sofa was soaking wet and an extremely strong smell of mustiness/mildew. They offered another room which was great until we pulled the sheets down on one of the beds and there were blood stains on them. We ended up cancelling our stay which was unfortunate and had sad kids. The process went smoothly because the staff was great.'

'AWESOME RESORT'

'Everything was wonderful except that my room smelled like an ashtray. I just bought some Febreeze and sprayed down the rugs, furniture, and beds and it was great. Lots of fun stuff for the kiddos and we had a wonderful time. My only suggestion would be for CannonBallz to be open more during the week. They didn't open til evening and for those of us that don't want to leave the resort, we had to order door dash. '
