'We checked in late (11 PM) after driving back from the Canyon, and check-in took a while, which wasn’t an issue per se. However, when we got to the room, we had it hadn’t been completely cleaned. The sofa was still pulled out and it had dirty sheets on it. The furniture was moved around and there were dirty dishes and empty shampoo bottles on the counter. We went back to the front desk and they gave us another room which was nice, but the keys didn’t work. After going back they still didn’t work...

'Een volledig verouderd appartement met oude draaideuren, waarvan hangdeuren zijn gemaakt. Je koffers kun je niet fatsoenlijk kwijt doordat de kast onlogisch is ingedeeld en vloerbedekking waarop je koffers voor geen meter rollen. Een waterkoker zou welkom zijn geweest, Een te kort douchegordijn completeert dit uit-de-tijd appartement. Is er dan helemaal niets goed? Die drie sterren zijn niet voor niets en komen helemaal voor rekening van het allervriendelijkste en behulpzame personeel'

'The building is a little old. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed is exactly as described. We stayed there only for one night so it was fine. But I would not stay any longer as the space was small and we have two boys. The only reason I deducted a star was because the bathtub has stain if some kind but I could tell they cleaned the room. Maybe that stain is permanent not sure.'
