'Lovely property with smart fixtures and fittings. Plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment. Good size bathroom but only one toilet. Quiet when we were there but one of the bedrooms had a window close to the games rooms so might be noisy early on (also staff congregate there first thing but no big deal). Really enjoyed our stay in a great spots room '

'We stayed a week and the house was exactly as described - very clean and of a decent size. There is a full kitchen, even though some of the pots and pans are a bit old. I liked how we could adjust the heating to our comfort. The host was very kind on the two occasions we met her. Overall, good value.'

'Lovely property and perfect base to explore north Wales - amazing views of Snowdonia and fields around had hundreds of sheep in. Property was clean and had everything you need. Only negative (if we’re being very picky!) was the water pressure…took an age to run a bath and the electric shower above is not the strongest. The other bathroom with a mixer shower was fine. Overall, would definitely recommend and hopefully will return again in the future!'
